Ski Run Marina is home to the Ski Run Boat Company which operates Lake Tahoe’s largest Watercraft Rental Fleet.  The Ski Run Boat Company has Power Boats, Pontoon Boats,  Jet Skis, Kayaks, Canoes and More available for Rental. They also operate the famous Shark Boat which provides Parasailing for the more adventurous Visitors.  The Ski Run Marina is home to Lake Tahoe’s oldest, guided fishing Service as well.  Tahoe Sport Fishing operates year-round and offers Daily Charters which give both experienced and novice anglers a once in a lifetime fishing experience.  The Ski Run Boat Company and Tahoe Sport Fishing give Visitors the ability to see Lake Tahoe in the best way possible, from the water.

The Tahoe Queen is an important part of the marina community. There is something special about lazing on the beach or eating breakfast, lunch or dinner in the Village and watching the Tahoe Queen getting ready to sail. The Tahoe Queen is the only authentic Mississippi Paddle-wheeler working on Lake Tahoe. The Tahoe Queen sails twice a day, all year round from Ski Run Marina.
