The Art of Gelato

The Art of Gelato sits in the marina's shopping center, a few steps from the beach, and has become one of the village's natural gathering spots - tables out front, music playing, locals and visits folding it into an afternoon of shopping or a stop coming off the water.

The shop is owned and operated by a long time Tahoe local with a hospitality background, and the gelato is made from authentic Italian recipes, with a rotating case that runs from the classics - chocolate, hazelnut, sea salt caramel - to brighter sorbets and fruit flavors like mango and raspberry lemonade.

Alongside the scoops are the Italian sodas, coffee, and hot chocolate for the colder months. Seating is casual and pet-friendly.
