Family-owned since 1953, Tahoe Sportfishing operates the only year-round charter fishing fleet on Lake Tahoe. Their six Coast Guard-certified boats, ranging from 30 to 45 feet, depart daily from Ski Run Marina, offering both morning (five-hour) and afternoon (four-hour) trips.
Anglers can target Mackinaw Lake Through year-round, along with Brown and Rainbow Trout, and Kokanee Salmon during the summer and fall seasons. Every charter includes rods, tackle, bait, fuel, an experienced captain and deckhand, coffee on early trips, and fish cleaning and bagging at the end of the day. Guests simply need a California or Nevada fishing license, which can be purchased at the office.
Public charters are perfect for individuals, couples, and small groups, while private trips are ideal for families, reunions, and corporate outings. No experience is necessary, making Tahoe Sportfishing fun and memorable experience for all ages.
